   if you’re an excellent public speaker, you shouldn’t have to read off the sheet next to the camera. if this is a real video resume……..please remake it without reading or you’ll never get a job. either that, or else don’t say you’re good at public speaking.

    I love the internet. this tells me that all this time I thought that my approach is what was causing my inability to find work. the truth is in this market, constantly trying to seek acceptance by some organization is just bad for a person – the rejection can be constant and irrational. I always thought that what I was writing may have the tone of an amateur or something. now I realize that I don’t sound much different then this guy and he has a hell of a lot more experience than I do.
