We were able to choose between acting as an “audition”, or designing a costume or set for a show.

Both projects say to include a “resume”

I am doing the design portion, designing a costume. What would i put on a resume for that?? He wants this to be like what you would do in the real world of theatre

Normally when auditioning or applying for a job in Theatre, one would bring in a resume just like you would with any other job. You can look up Theatre resumes online for some examples.
Usually they display what sort of work and performance experience you have had in the past.
