customer service resumes objectives

Anyone have any advice useful to write a job objective for a customer service representative in a resume?

I'm trying to apply for jobs in the field of customer service and I had an internet company to resume give me an assessment of my current resume. He turned and told me he used the words "I and I" a lot on the target and had to change a bit. At first I thought to myself that they were only criticize because I wanted pay $ 200.00 for a professionally done with them, but after one week of job search and getting no response from any employer (I have asked about 100 jobs and I have four years of experience in customer service), I am beginning to wonder. Can anyone help?
