Training Employment and Career Coaching (TECC)

CQUniversity’s Training, Employment and Career Coaching (TECC) unit is here to assist you with your career development through a range of employment and career-oriented services. TECC provides the following services: • Career coaching and planning workshops • Assistance with preparing job applications • Opportunities for work experience in my field of study • Involvement in community projects and volunteer positions • Industry-related employer information sessions, and • Information about part-time, vacation and graduate employment. TECC offer many workshops on-campus. Topics range from writing effective cover letters and resumes, to interview skills and tips, and information sessions from professional associations such as CPA (Certified Practicing Accountants), CA (Chartered Accountants), NIA (National Institute of Accountants), AIM (Australian Institute of Management) and ACS (Australian Computer Society).
