history resumes
What is the complete history of work in a perspective of an employer check on a resume?

Govt not. work. I have a good curriculum, but I'm thinking of making it look a little better. There's nothing like "I have cured cancer, or something. Perhaps only beautify the story of my salary a little or make my job performance seems better than it was. (I have a great track record, but I'm reading the resumes that things in the State, as sales have increased by 15%.) Things of that nature. My current employer told me will help, but what about previous employers? Are contacted?

Do not do things! He was asked about things directly. But embellish your accomplishments. Talk about your successes, and toot the horn itself within limits. You are presenting an advertisement about you.
