write something in the body of the e-mail? usually i put:

Dear Sir or madam ,
Attached you will find my cover letter and Resume . After reading your post on craigslist , and all of your qualifications , i believe i am a perfect match for this position.

Thanks for the consideration.

Is ok , or should it be better , i mean i also have a cover letter , if not , normally what do you type , examples please?

I seriously hope your grammar and punctuation is much better than what is demonstrated here.

Unless otherwise specified I simply cut and paste the cover letter and the resume into the body of the e-mail. Because of viruses companies are hesitant to accept either from applicants. It is best to cut and paste both documents unless asked to do otherwise.
