Sharon Weston is a multi-media reporter and fill-in anchor with over six years of professional media-related experience. She has worked with News 12 Long Island, Red Cloud Productions and Ping Media Concepts and you can view a sample of her work under the reels tab. Viewers comment that Sharon has a direct, genuine energy and presence which connects well with the audience. In each story, she strives to combine unique camera angles and framing with a thought-provoking human perspective to leave the viewer with lasting emotional impact. Sharon is capable of working as a one-man-band and is adept at writing, shooting and non-linear editing in Final Cut. In addition to television work, Sharon Weston is a staff writer, editor and photojournalist for The Catalyst and is published with Long Island’s Newsday. Sharon is originally from California but has traveled extensively and has learned fluent Russian, intermediate German and conversational Spanish. She is passionate about fitness and takes special interest in the health, fitness and business sectors

PS I know I look different in a lot of these shots. The newest are: the snow shot, car for vets stand-up, and hospital stand-up. I keep fit and keep my hair just below shoulder-length (though may go shoulder-length soon).
